A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a call centre operative to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes. We have 2 positions, one will be working 9am - 2pm Monday - Thursday, and the other will be working 8am - 2pm Monday - Thursday.

You will be taking inbound calls providing a variety of users with telephone helpdesk support. You will take down all details of the query and log on the call management system, trying to resolve the issue at first contact with basic IT troubleshooting. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.

You will be required to have a minimum of 6 months call centre experience and have a passion for learning more about IT. Training will be provided however you should already have an understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
