We are seeking a Telesales Executive/ Customer Service to work for our client who is a professional and established organisation based in Norwich. You will be joining a team of outgoing and successful Telesales Executives and you shall be prepared to hit the ground running.

As Telesales Executive you will be reporting directly to the Telesales and Contact Centre Manager and you shall be responsible for booking appointments for the sales team.

The ability to work towards KPIs and targets
