Call Centre/Customer Service/Helpdesk Analyst required for a global organisation based in Dublin for a 12 month contract opportunity.
Our client require Call Centre/Customer Service/Helpdesk agent for a fantastic opportunity. As 1st Line Helpdesk Analysts you will be responsible for answering queries in the first instance, call logging, and resolving any technical faults when possible by phone email or self serve portal.
The Call Centre/Customer Service/Helpdesk Analyst will be expected to provide fantastic customer service within the team, providing technical assistance to end customers. The successful 1st Line Helpdesk Analysts will be able to work well in a team and on their own as well as being able to work under pressure to SLA's.
The Call Centre/Customer Service/Helpdesk Analyst will have ideally have some similar experience working on a busy helpdesk environment or similar technical training.
This is a long term contract with an attractive rate. The Call Centre/Customer Service/Helpdesk agent will be fluent in Italian with good understanding of French or Spanish.
