Call Centre Agent/Service Desk Analyst

My leading financial client is currently looking to recruit a number of service desk analysts who can work within their Corporate and Personal business team, assisting employees across the business supporting/resolving IT issues. This role does not require extensive technical knowledge or skills as full training will be given, and is only a support role which involves delivering scripted help and assistance over the phone.

Initially this is a contract role lasting until December 2014, however the client does have the view to potentially extend. Rates negotiable dependent on skill set.

Successful candidates will be required to work 5 days a week (Mon-Sun) between the hours of 7am and 7pm and must have the following:

- Experience of working in a call centre/service desk/customer service delivery/retail role essential
- Excellent time-keeping and communication skills
- Experience of working in a high pressure environment
- Ability to drive to work highly preferable
