Our client, a leading provider of IT communication services, is currently looking for call centre agents to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes.

You will be taking inbound calls, providing a variety of customers with telephone helpdesk support dealing with a range of technical tasks for example resetting passwords or troubleshooting other IT issues. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the Remedy Call Management system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.

With your previous experience working within a customer-focussed environment you will have an understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
