WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answering incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Provide in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge to customers.
- Resolution of customer issues may involve extensive analysis, research, and problem-solving.
- Charged with building and strengthening customer relationships, obtaining strategic information, demonstrating broad knowledge and providing appropriate product information.
- First line response to non-clinical medical information inquiries using MI database based on MI training and sign off.
- Triage more complex questions to appropriate therapeutic area MI specialist
- Assist in capturing HCP's contact information prior to escalating to the appropriate TA
- Triage misdirected calls to the appropriate departments for inquiries not related to Medical Information (eg Vaccine Service Center, GRC, Product Quality)
- Uses software applications to document call interactions into databases
- Recognize and capture adverse events during HCP-engagement
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Registered Nurse or RPh (minimum); PharmDs will be considered
- Call center or related customer-service experience.
- Must hold an active license to practice.
