CALL CENTER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Saint Louis, MO.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Business Related Field - Accounting/Finance.
- Excellent customer service skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent and zero to two (0 - 2) years of experience in the field or in a related area.
