Projektbeschreibung

SALES-CALL CENTER TRAINING SPECIALIST needed for a SIX TO TWELVE (6-12) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Alton, IL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design, development, implementation/delivery and change management duties for Training of Leaders on new training deliveries and systems.
- Responsible for developing and administering training materials and work instructions for operations employee and department trainers. Work with department trainers, managers, supervisors, and marketing team to deliver, coordinate, certify, and document training for employees.
- Develop training materials to support new or improve business processes and procedures. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
- Research training related tools and methodologies as needed.
- Develop and edit communications and serve as a liaison in getting information out to the team members.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to create effective user-focused work instructions, and other training materials as needed to support training efforts.
- Manage and facilitate all aspects of classroom and web-based training at the CSC, including room set-up, network connectivity, sign-in, evaluations, etc. Coordinate all aspects of scheduling and registration tracking for all CSC training.
- Maintain data received from training evaluations and feedback in order to implement suggestions and improvements. Validate and update CSC process and technical training materials in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor level degree in Business Administration, Communication, Education, or Instructional Design required.
- Knowledge of PC software applications including Microsoft Products, Lotus Notes, Articulate Storyline, and Pinnacle Studio 17 Ultimate.
- Knowledge and use of training administration, training development and training distribution tools.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least three (3) years of training and/or staff development experience preferred.
