Call Center Representatives needed for major Call Center Operations.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

- Responsible for the day to day operations of responding to escalated/elevated customer inquiries from the outsourced Call Centers. Ensure that the customer base is receiving timely and accurate responses.
- Responsible for understanding all Call Center processes and following developed guidelines. Process development and Call Center training for overall operational processes.
- Assist with creating, implementing, and maintaining established guidelines for Call Center operations.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting requirements that track Call Canter progress related contractual performance metrics.
- Contribute to team success. Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration while participating in a group or team.
- Responsible for making effective decisions and achieving desired results in the midst of changes in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment. Actively supports and promotes corporate and/or business unit changes.
- Responsible for focusing on a goal and harnessing energy to drive toward goal alignment, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Establishes a course of action for self and others to accomplish goals, utilizing appropriate resources; follows up by monitoring results and evaluating their effectiveness.
