THE BIG PICTURE:
- Looking for Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representatives who have Call Center experience and are comfortable on the phone all day!
- Workers will be reminding members to renew services with state and sometimes helping them do so.
TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- 40 WPM typing would be great -Inbound type calls
- Heavy and repetitive phone volume (100-150 calls per day)
- EXCELLENT Customer Service -Medicaid experience would be a huge plus!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Review Medicare Part D to ensure completeness, issue appropriate request transactions when required and make additional contact, which will include issuance of the appropriate CMS approved correspondence
- Track potential applicant contacts to ensure compliance with CMS regulations

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of Medicaid
- Heavy customer support experience
- Some knowledge and understanding on claims processing and Medicare enrollment applications
