- Help customers in MS Outlook, email configurations, and software troubleshooting.
- Call center environment

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Call center or good phone support experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Phone support
- Customer support in software
- Proper escalation of incidents to management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Requires at least one year of experience in a similar position
- Call center experience
- Strong e-mail experience
