Vacancy Description:We are looking for a call analyst for a 18 month contract.

Essential Experience/Skills:* Adding and updating calls using a call Management system. * Provide customer with status updates on calls ensuring that the customer can be updated at all times. * Ensuring that calls are answered for specific customers in a prompt and professional manner. * Assign calls to the Relevant Internal and External Teams. * Call pick up of specific customer help lines to ensure all support calls are logged and dealt with within SLA. * Ensuring that email calls logged are dealt with promptly and adhering to customer SLA's. * Working as a Team member of the EMS team delivering quality service to ITIL Guidelines.

Desired Experience/Skills:* Extensive experience supporting all MS Office applications.
