CAFM/FACILITY PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) - PHARMA
Are you a Project Manager looking for new challenge and ready for your next career step?

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel, we are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with strong experience in Facility management and/or CAFM (COMPUTER AIDED FACILITY MANAGEMENT).
This is a 7 months contracting position starting at the 1st of February until the end of August 2016 with option to extend.
The aim of the project is to continue the Basel site CAFM project based on the software Planon in phase 2. More and more changes need to be implemented such as the replacement of the tools that were used before for example. Hence for this project analytical skills are important as well as a good communication in order to exchange on the best way as possible to the users and/or even train them.
YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE as a PROJECT MANAGER
- Good ability to analyze and assess the business needs and other IT solution architecture principles
- Strong Ability to challenge requirements experience identifying standard vs. custom solutions
- Ability to manage a project team up to 6 people
- Experience in IT related to CAFM/building engineering/facility/infrastructure projects etc. is a plus
- Plannon experience is nice to have
- Roche or Pharma industry experience such as PMM methodology is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (written and spoken)
