CAE Analyst - Test, LS-Dyna, TCE

CAE Analyst - Body Engineering, Ansa, Metapost, LS-DYNA, Hyperworks

We are currently looking to recruit a CAE Analyst to be part of our clients continued growth across the Body Engineering division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of Body Engineering, Front Seat Structures

Hyperworks ver. 11 for Pre/Post-Processing (or Ansa/Metapost as a suitable alternative)
Competent in the use LS-DYNA explicit software and associated pre and post processing packages
Good knowledge of vehicle engineering including dynamics, strength and fatigue of engineering materials and the mechanics and dynamics of structural systems
A broad knowledge of Chassis, Body and Powertrain structures and major systems and their interactions
Road & rig testing at a vehicle level with an understanding of the RLD process and application

Knowledge of:
Good knowledge of Automotive Technologies and experience of virtual analysis.
Experience with following CAE tools is a must - CAE Tools such as LS-Dyna, Nastran, ABAQUS
Background knowledge of Road Load data collection and analysis process.
Fundamentals of structural analysis for Body and Chassis systems, comfort analysis
Good communication, project management and presentation skills
Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel)
