CAD Product Designer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SENIOR CAD DESIGNER - PRO/E to join our client in Cupertino, CA.

CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile, portable, hand-held consumer electronics products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help with the industrial designs of hand held devices working the CAD sculptors and design team members.
- Provide CAD sculpting and geometry creation in Pro/e Wildfire 5.0, Creo.
- Provide industrial design surfacing in support of staff as part of concept development.
- Preparation for and creation of master models, including maintenance, communication to engineering, product development staff.
- Convert Rhino files into Pro/E.

Job Qualifications:

- Industrial or Mechanical Design experience.
- Experience with CAD sculpting and geometry creation in Pro/e Wildfire 5.0, Creo.
- Experience building a master model.
- Experience creating a surface for a product design.
- Automotive or Consumer Electronics background preferred.
- Detailed part design.
