CAD Drafter Job

CAD DRAFTER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oklahoma City, OK.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Experienced CAD Drafting
- Experience with Visio
- Available immediate for temporary assignment for one to three (1-3) months. May extend.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Prepare and modify telecommunications distribution systems drawings using computer aided design systems and MS Visio. Drawing types include:
- Building fiber, copper, and wireless systems installation details
- Cable route drawings
- Manhole/handhole details
- Other telecommunications support drawings
- Follow established procedures and supervisor guidance to construct library components and prepares/modifies schematic/logic diagrams, charts, and flow diagrams using library components on a CAD system.
- Operates and maintains all current technology plotters and scanners to obtain check plots and/or drawings.
- Maintain completed jobs in archival area.
- Follow established procedures for reproducing, copying and filing data/CAD files, both in hard copy format and digital format (ie creation/reproduction of CD/DVD discs).
- Advise supervisor of malfunctions and existing or potential problems with hardware and software of particular jobs.
- Performs manual drafting duties when required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Requires an Associates Degree in a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical/vocational/military training, or work experience.
- One to three (1-3) years of related drafting experience.
