CAD Drafter

IMMEDIATE NEED! AUTOCAD/INVENTOR DRAFTER Contract to Perm opportunity at a highly regarded firm in Geneva, IL. Growth opportunity. Local candidates. Potential Temp-to- Perm for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Under the guidance of a seasoned CAD Designer, performed drafting and design using 2-D Auto Cad and 3-D inventor
- Will also support Engineering test team helping in setting up material tests under supervision of Test Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

- Two year related technical degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with a solid understanding of general drafting and design principles with (a) working knowledge of 2-D AutoCAD and (b) familiarity with 3-D Inventor with ability to model simple parts and create drawings
- A PLUS to have ability to use common hand and power tools (screwdriver, hammer, scissors, power drill, etc.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
