CAD Designer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CAD DESIGNER to join our client in Allentown, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The processing of production orders to generate a manufacturing package consisting of drawings, bill of materials and specification sheet.
- Working in SAP to generate or revise bill of materials, as well as the association of drawings to Material Masters and phantom bill of materials.
- Association of drawings to purchased parts.
- Processing of Engineering 'Change Requests' which would result in revisions to drawings and bill of materials plus possible redlining of as-built records.
- There will be the possibility for more opportunities as the individual shows the right attitude, increase in product line knowledge and the ability to take on more responsibilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid Works or other CAD software; 3D modelling experience preferred.
- CAD software 2D (AutoCAD or Microstation a plus).
- Individual must know drafting practices and procedures, basic math, geometry; 3 dimensional visualization abilities, be able to express information in verbal and written form using Microsoft Office.
- SAP knowledge or another ERP system is a plus.
