CAD Design Engineer/Integration CAD Design Engineer

Powertrain CAD Designer and Integration CAD Designer opportunity with well known, successful automotive organisation, earn up to £35ph/Ltd. Join a prestigious company in the automotive industry for an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities CAD Designer - *Deliver original CAD design in 3D CATIA
*Support these 3D designs with 2D technical drawings
*Develop the integration of complex boosting systems for a highly boosted concept engine
*Take part in subsystem technical specification, part specification and timing requirements
*Liaising with supplier and client to gain input to technical design
*3D CAD design for system
*Support to technical reviews
*Support to other technical groups relating to powertrain systems interfaces

Responsibilities Integration CAD Designer -

*Support CAD Design integration of powertrain components and systems into customer vehicle
*Liaise with customer engineers and 3rd party suppliers
*CAD - CATIA V5 3D modelling and 2D design experience to enable system technical status reports and 3D CAD design and 2D detail drawings
*Support Design technical reviews
*Support to other technical groups relating to powertrain systems interfaces
