CABLE GUIDE TESTERS needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WESTLAND, MI
TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Get paid for watching TV
- Candidates must be familiar with operating a cable box
- Ability to work two weeks on for 8 hours (M - F), then two weeks off for a total of 80 hours a month
- The ability to work first shift at a local designated client facility is mandatory, no exceptions allowed
- Candidates MUST BE COMMITTED and complete the assignment in its entirety
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Client is upgrading the user guide software in their standard cable box
- Testers will be responsible for going through steps using the cable box remote and menu guide to perform a preset series of tests
- Navigate through menu screens recording any delays, errors, glitches etc.
- Testers will track and report results/issues
- Each tester will have detailed steps that need to be completed through out the day
- Candidates MUST adhere to a pre-determined schedule
- Candidates MUST BE COMMITTED to completing the assignment in its entirety.
- The selected candidate will be expected to have 100% ATTENDANCE for the 5-6 months duration of the project (expected duration Sept-Jan)
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to pass a pre-screened background and drug test
