SERVICE LEVEL MANAGER/CA SPECTRUM/DRAGONFLY/NATO/SC CLEARED/MONS/BELGIUM/
3 months+

LOCATION - MONS, BELGIUM

CONTRACT - 3 months+

RATE - €450 DAILY

REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the minimum of 5 years function related experience, you will be required to demonstrate:
*Certified CA Spectrum Administrator or equivalent level of experience (minimum 3 years);
-Three years' experience in on-line performance, accounting, fault, security and configuration management of digital and analog networks and associated transmission systems to include switching systems in support of voice and data transfer;
-Sound knowledge of management protocols, eg SNMP;
-Demonstrable experience using diagnostic test equipment; sniffers, packet analyzers;
-Experience in Configuration Management, Change Management and Incident Management processes in an ITIL organization;
-Sound knowledge of network routing and switching technologies;
-Soundknowledgeof Disaster Recovery,Storage, networking, and Application life cycles;
-Knowledge of software engineering and software maintenance procedures applied to C2 (Command and Control) Systems;
-Good knowledge of recent technological developments in communication management systems and LAN/WAN environment;
-Experience of preparing technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.

TASKS
Generically, the consultant shall:

*Maintain the DragonFly CA Spectrum instances on a day-to-day basis;

*Support the NCI Agency NSII Element Management Cell in the daily work related to DCIS solutions (LINC-E, CGS, MiniPops, DOCS, Gateways);

*Act as the primary customer interface to the DCIS user community;

*Interface to the CESS Service Line for DCIS related centralized resources (eg data centres);

*Support potential exercise throughout NATO territory;

*Provide on the job training, if required, to the DCIS user community;

*Update existing, or create new, documentation for the maintained solutions, eg, drawings, Standard Operating Procedures, User Guides;

*Develop training modules for the NATO School in LATINA within the DCIS CP149 training plan;

*Use information about problems and incidents to analyse availability challenges and eliminate chronic issues;

*Participate weekly/monthly status meetings with Service Lines, Demand Management or the user community;

Responsible to achieve SLA targets, handle incidents coordinating Incident, and Problem management

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
