The client is a large consultancy organisation in Brussels seeking candidates for an assignment at a European Institution as follows:
Tasks:
Collecting/analysing user needs; proposing solutions; developing and testing new features etc.
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of all MS Office products
Good Knowledge of CA Service Desk
ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
Experience:
3 to 5 years relevant experience
Experience of other CA modules useful
Language/Communication skills
Good communication skill
English plus ideally French also.
