Ca:gen/Cool:gen System Analyst (S24)

CA:Gen Analyst's required to provide system analysis and technical lead services for a current schedule of work with a primary focus on delivering a documented high-level design for the project, in the form of a 'Systems Architecture Document' - proposing a technical solution which adheres to architectural standards for internal systems.

Scope of works

- Assist in the formulation of project business requirements;
- Perform existing systems analysis to verify requirements and determine project scope;
- Formulate a technical design/solution for the documented business requirements which adheres to architectural standards for the system;
- Co-ordinate CA:GEN development activities associated to the project;
- Support the project during the system testing phase to analyse and co-ordinate defect resolution;

Act as a single point of contact for all CA:GEN related technical issues related to the project and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure appropriate resolution.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

- Strong CA:GEN background with proven design, development and systems analysis capabilities;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Strong organisation and co-ordination skills;
- Previous experience of working in a government environment.
