CA Dataminder Analyst

Role description:

- To configure the CA Dataminder software in development, QA and production environments
- To document the requirements for policies as required by users
- To ensure that policy implementation meets user requiments
- To set up and configure any multi language capability
- To maintain and update the user hierarchy
- To provide 2nd/3rd level for support to ensure smooth operation of the live environment
- To provide training of users in the operation of CA dataminder

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Skills & Experience Required:

- Have an understanding of technical language structure and usage
- Be able to undertake statistical analysis particularly in relation to language usage
- Good ability in the use of excel
- Good knowledge on use of databases and ability to write efficient SQL
- Ability to work closely with users as well as technical staff
- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience of structured process environments.
- Good knowledge of software development best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable:

- Knowledge and experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Knowledge of Compliance Surveillance Monitoring (AML and/or Market Abuse) and Investment Banking.
- Experience of working with remotely located IT teams, and 3rd party organisations
- Infrastructure knowledge.
- Working knowledge of French, German and Italian.
- Experience of any email surveillance tools - especially Dataminder or any of its predecesors.
- Technical understanding of email and how it operates(not just use of email).
- Experience of Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Experience of Symantec EV environment.

Successful candidates will be engaged under a contract for services by Resource Solutions.
