C4I Operations Hardware & Software Expert

- The Consultant will be primarily concerned with the Operations Software and Hard­ware development activities, Networks, computer/Data/IT System de­sign and implementation activities, collection of data for the C4I Program, meeting with the Client, MOD, Industry and commercial representatives.
- The Consultant shall be used to provide strategic guidance to organization with regard to network infrastructures and the enablement of major upgrades or new technologies through enhancements to existing infrastructure.
-  Consultant can also be used to provide guidance during selection and procurement as well providing highly expert technical assistance during implementation, testing, acceptance and final delivery of the C4I Program.
- Competent and experienced in Fibre, IP Radio and Satcom network design, integration and delivery.
- Provides the advice related to the establishment of a common understanding for the C4I capability.
- Supports the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of the C4I System.
- Suitable Qualification required for Weapon Computer/Data/IT System, related data collection, report writing, and presentation, and meeting with related the authorities.
- Supports the development of the DODAF/MODAF architecture that captures the technical and operational framework of the system.
- Suitable Qualification require for Operations Software and network development, related data collection and report writing and presentation, meeting with related authorities
- Engaging with staff at all levels of the Military/Government organization.
- Conducting mentoring, coaching and training of staff as necessary.
- Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to Senior Management
- RFP writing support for Operations Software and Networks.
- Ensuring the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions
- Identify key challenges, critical uncertainties and gaps
