THE TEAM

The Web Solutions Team is responsible for all of the web based offerings of this organization used by their retail banking clients. They're a very well-respected, highly visible team, constantly driving the web innovation within the organization. The work that they do is critical to this organization's continued success and steady growth - that's why they hire the best.

THE ROLE

You will work closely with the in-house UX designers, product managers and architects to design and deliver and implement best-in-breed web solutions at reputable client sites. You will be among the best in the business - a creative problem solver, problem owner and effective communicator. You will be responsible for the development of front to back solutions and will consider yourself a Guru of the Microsoft Technology Stack. You will also be involved in the integration of services and be experienced in the creation of large high-volume web applications.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- Strong web development experience
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, .NET 4.5
- Commercial Experience of Model View Controller version 4
- Demonstrated mastery of hand-coded HTML and CSS, knowledge of web standards, browser nuances, and Client Server performance and optimization techniques
- SQL Server 2008 R2 Knowledge
- Understanding of best practices for browser standards and compatibility
- Genuine interest in staying current with web technologies and principles
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with good technical and business acumen.
