Randstad IT Professionals is recruiting a C# TEAM LEAD for one of our major clients in the banking environment to develop a new component for the Private Bank which will offer automated currency solutions for their clients.

THE JOB

- Full product life cycle, design, build, release and support this application.
- Challenging role as a C# Team lead in a fast paced environment
- Project using latest technologies to develop a Real Time data analytics platform for the FX Sales business
- Chance to grow the platform cross financial asset class
- Predominantly greenfield development
- Chance to work with experts in this field who are passionate about technology
- Rare opportunity within banking to work on both client and server technologies
- Full product life cycle development environments, ie from requirements gathering through implementation to release

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 7+ years expert C# DEVELOPMENT experience and knowledge of advanced programming practices, eg design patterns.
- Experience MENTORING and leading other team members.
- SILVERLIGHT/WPF experience preferred.
- Experience of developing Real Time systems with large volumes of data.
- Deep understanding of AGILE practices, including test driven development and refactoring.
- Knowledge of 3rd party .NET FRAMEWORKS and tools
- Being proactive and take ownership of tasks
- Experience of DEVELOPING ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS preferably in BANKING
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Someone that shows initiative and resourcefulness
- Bachelor/Master degree preferred
- Fluency in ENGLISH (written and spoken)
