C#/SQL Developer

Developer required for a large organisation based in Dublin for a 6 months contract. This job requires a high level of C# experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a contract C#/SQL Server Business Intelligence developer who is interested in working in one of the most interesting parts of one of the world's largest banks. The successful candidate should have advanced C# and SQL Server BI (SSIS & SSRS) skills.

This exciting role is well suited to strong developers with a keen interest in investment banking. It offers opportunities to learn about technologies used in banking and the opportunity to work with and learn from technologists who are experienced in delivering successful large scale solutions.

The successful candidate will be working on a high profile project in a rapidly expanding business sector in the RDI centre.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree/Masters or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years post qualification technical work experience.
- Experience in Banking/Finance sector a plus.
- C# development
- Design patterns and OOP
- SQL Server 2005/2008
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Desirable Technical Skills:

- Python
- N-Tier Development
- Multithreading development
- .Net 3.5 Framework
