C# Software Engineer (web & Windows)

A key client in Hereford is now recruiting for a number of developer roles in their growing, yet established department. They are a market leader and are growing massively over the next 12 months with 3 software roles initially.

The salary is between £30k and £42k depending on the calibre of candidate. For the right candidate they can offer a very good relocation package. So if you are looking to move to a beautiful area in the countryside then this could be the time to do it!

These C# software roles will focus on the design, implementation and supporting of software and system solutions that meet the needs of the organisation.

The key areas of the role include,

- Assist in the requirements gathering process to help ensure requirements contain enough information and fact to support design, development and implementation.
- Full life cycle role in a C# environment
- Focused across windows and web application development
- Experience of using SQL Server or equivalent directly via Management interface or software application
- Identify areas for improvement in requirements and feed back to Stakeholders.
- Analyse Business Requirements and supporting information and produce a System Architecture document, Functional Specifications, Installation and Configuration and other documentation for each system.
- Design software that meets the requirements of the business and users with scope for extensibility, ease of maintenance, supportability and configuration.
- Follow department policies, procedures and Software Development Lifecycle.
