C# Software Engineer

*WORK FOR THE LEADING COMPUTER COMPONENTS COMPANY*

Candidate will design, code, and debug application software as part of an Agile development team to enhance operations for internal customers. This individual should have experience with object-oriented design, analysis, implementation, and validation.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

- Implementing object-oriented solutions based on use case requirements and various UML models
- Delivering application software written in C# utilizing the Microsoft.NET framework and Silverlight platform
- Implementing Front End graphical user interfaces utilizing jQuery
- Developing and maintaining relational database solutions utilizing SQL Server 2008
- Implementing software localization and globalization
- Supporting traceability from requirements through to QA
- Assisting in the definition of test plans and testing strategies and in the creation of test cases

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- BS or MS degree, preferably in software engineering or related field
- Five plus years' experience in software development utilizing C#
- Two plus years' experience in Silverlight development
- Basic understanding of software design and development
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft.NET MVC framework a plus
