A premier financial services firm located in Long Island, providing algorithmic trading platforms and systems for several asset classes, is currently searching for a C++ software developer to join one of their development team (the Client Support, Development and FX teams). These groups are responsible for developing and implementing solutions for integrating the company's products with the clients using C++, Java, Perl, or Databases. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support and write custom trading strategies at the client's sites.

The skills required for this position include approximately two years experience in C++, Unix/Linux, Shell/Perl, and Java. Awareness of the financial industry is desirable, as well as knowledge of the FIX and CMS protocols.
