C Senior Software Engineer £38-45k Essex

I am currently extensively recruiting for one of my key clients who are based in Essex. They are a Fortune 500 award winning global company and growing massively. I am looking for a senior software enginner £38-45k Role: Technical Lead for the Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation & Test of individual applications. Working alongside the project manager as part of a global software and firmware development team, providing embedded software and firmware for automotive Cockpit Electronics and Displays. Skills: *Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Electronics, Physics or a related Engineering discipline. *Knowledge of common approaches tools and methods for real-time embedded microprocessor based implementations. *Product development experience. *Commercial Experience of implementation in C. Nice to have: * General understanding of microprocessors, real-time operating systems and communication protocols. * Prior experience in the use of software tools such as make files and configuration management. * Knowledge of graphical display frameworks and techniques. * Knowledge of formal software design notations and practices. * Appreciation of high integrity requirements for end consumer applications.
