C++/Python Developer - Freelance - Eindhoven

Position Overview

The scope of your work will cover all aspects of optimizing the existing machinery and designing new machines.

You will develop C++ SW to control the machines and implement graphical user interfaces using JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

Next to that you'll extend existing system tests and write other supporting scripts, both using Python. Since my client uses a specialized technology, they will provide you with domain training- on-the-job. After completing the training successfully, you will understand the different sorting technologies of our machines and be able to design innovative technology. You will work in a multidisciplinary team on the complete software design and development of our sorting machines.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Writing technical software for new applications.

- Testing of applications developed by the software team (also at the customer sites if necessary).
- Actively participating in co-creating the architecture of our software products.
- Working with Scrum/Kanban and TDD in a multidisciplinary team. - (Technical) communication with the hardware and applications departments.

Contract details - Location: Eindhoven

Length: 6 months rolling contract

Languages: English & (Dutch Bonus)
