C or C++ Embedded, Linux, Realtime Software Engineer

Proteus Europe is searching for a C/C++ Embedded Linux engineer for one of clients based in Belgium

Your New role:-

We are looking for an Embedded engineer who has some experience of the following and would be able to tackle the following tasks:

- affinity or interest in equipment or technology in general, some interest (motor control, sensor output manipulations, integration, overview on a system level)
- overall knowledge wrt. electronics, digital(/analogue) I/O, reading component specs
- measuring, being able to measure what you have programmed (scope, dig. measuring device)

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills :-
- C
- C++
- Embedded
- Linux

Desirable Skills:-
- some hands-on knowledge of .NET 4.x is a plus (support tools, Front End testing)
- hands on experience with ARM-based ATMEL processing devices is a serious plus - drivers/build environment
- hands on experience with FPGA based micro-blaze processors (Xilinx soft cores, EDK) is a plus
