C++/Java Developer | Zurich | 9 months initial | Banking, C++, Java, Object Oriented

Square One are actively looking for an experienced C++/Java Developer for a contract running through until the end of the year based out of Zurich in Switzerland.

The Successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following role:

- Development of services for the trading tools in JAVA or C++.
- Maintaining and continuously improving existing software.
- Designing and integrating solutions to meet new business requirements
- Providing third level support and user training
- Liaising with key business and IT stakeholders

The required experience my client are looking for is:

- Several years of working experience in developing banking applications, preferable for trading.
- Several years of experience in Object-oriented Programming in C++ and Java
- Hands-on experience in Visual C++, QT, Core Java and related utilities/libraries, Spring Framework, JMS, JPA, Maven, Eclipse
- Experience in modelling relational databases, Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC
- Very good understanding of financial products, in particular of FX Options
- Experience in integrating financial models
