Allegis Global Solutions are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking).

Position Description:

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for an OPERATIONS PROCESS ANALYST to make their mark with one of the world's largest international banking and financial services companies.

Customer Experience (CEX) is an operations unit that supports the Corporate and Institutional Banking (C&IB) Business through Client On boarding (COB), Client Due Diligence (CDD) Client Control and Client Deactivation and Exits (D&E). The Client Deactivations and Exits Analyst position is a role that will sit in the Manchester D&E team. The D&E team is split across London and Manchester.

The D&E process commences by interrogating all aspects of C Legal, Reference Data, Credit, AML Operations, Client Due Diligence (CDD), Compliance, Counterparty Data Management (CDM), Global Client Services (GCS) and Client Service Management & Implementation (CSM&I).

ADDITIONAL POSITION DETAILS:

Validating the requests for correctness, logging the original request for future tracking and MI reporting.

Investigating and Validating activity and exposure across all C&IB systems outstanding.

Providing in depth analytics to the Business to determine the level of Exit that will be required.

Notifying Relationship Managers, Business Managers and Senior Management to gain approvals.

The candidate will be expected to understand all processes within the IB Validation and Closures aspect of Client Exits.

Engaging the Business and Senior Management in Strategic Client planning by helping to determine the Exits population through in depth analytics, reporting MI and delivering presentations on various work streams.

Working closely with the C&IB Business to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.

The candidate will be required to ensure the checklists, procedures and escalation matrices are adhered to.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Advanced Excel and Access data base skills

Word processing and Microsoft product skills

Ability/Confidence to question processes

Ability to work remotely - self motivated

Project analysis skills

Excellent communication skills at all levels of management

Self-Motivated with drive and enthusiasm
