C & I Design Engineer

How would you like to join a company who are one of the largest providers in the UK Industrial Gas market? The company have recently received large investment and are now expanding at a rapid rate. You now have the opportunity to be part of this exciting organisation. Role: As C&I Design Engineer you will form part of the established design team supporting the delivery of the project portfolio. Occasional visits to client sites and premises will be required to undertake site surveys,take part in meetings and support the installation teams. Be responsible for the production and design of instrumentation loop diagrams,control system designs and other C&I related designs to client specifications. Liase with other departments such as CAD in respect to design reviews and progress updates in support of the project manager. Managing technical queries in relation to the projects your appointed to. Experience Required: Min of HNC in Electrical Engineering Knowledge of the design life cycle Previous experience of producing C&I designs for hazardous area applications would be desirable or would also consider someone with a working knowledge of ATEX regulations. Knowledge of National Grid G17/G35 design process The company offer a competitive salary and package.
