C++ Development Manager - Hedge Fund -London- 100-150k

I am currently working with a very well regarded hedge fund inLondonthat is looking for an experienced C++ development manager to join their team. They currently have a team of 14 developers that manager their own workloads and gather the requirements from the business. They are looking for a development manager to better manager their time and provide the support that the developers and business needs. They currently trade equities and options but are looking at expanding into futures as well very soon.

For this role you must have extensive skills with C++ as you will be involved in the system design, code reviews and translating requirements into project plans for the team. You may also be required to get your hands dirty from time to time as and when the business needs all hands on deck! To be successful you will need team leading and management experience of at least 5 C++ developers in the past.
