C++ Developer/System Tester (60432)

Main Duties - Enhance C++ client to the quantitative analytics (QA) library - Build and maintain testing framework in Perl - Debug issues when they arise, and work with the QA team to fix - Coordinate deployments to the high-performance grid Person Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent - 3+ years backend C++ experience - 2+ years Microsoft Visual Studio - 2+ years Perl or similar scripting language - 2+ years Linux or equivalent - 1+ years working with messaging systems (Tibco RV, Solace) or grid computing (DataSynapse) - Exposure to fixed income or other analytic systems Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable interacting with other teams eg For requirements gathering, explaining system function etc - Strong object oriented coding abilities.
