Are you interested in a C# Developer job in Switzerland? Would you like to work in a Front Office facing environment within a leading multinational bank? Do you want to contribute to the development of brand new greenfield development initiatives? If so then this could be an excellent contract position for you.
As past of a small client facing Scrum team, you will develop predominantly greenfield applications for cross asset Risk Management and Risk Reporting. This will mostly be done in C#, ADO.NET and WCF but there will also be some ASP.NET, Javascript and HTML5 for web Front End work. Some of the other applications are developed in Silverlight and RESTful WPF/Winforms, so prior experience with these technologies is useful, but you will be given the support and training to learn these technologies on the job, if you demonstrate a passion for technology.
A major initiative that the bank is undertaking is a completely new Business Intelligence platform to replace old Excel based systems. The team are using the Microsoft Business Intelligence toolkit particularly SSRS, SSIS and SSAS. You will be working on this project from start to finish, a rare opportunity in the Swiss banking market.
