C# Developer - Interest Rates Risk - Server Side

Server-side C#, multi-threading, WCF, messaging, SQL Server, Oracle, Risk, RWA, Fixed Income, Interest Rates, Credit. A server side C# developer is required by a leading investment bank based in London to join their Fixed Income Risk technology team. The successful candidate will be working on an RWA project, which is critical to the bank. Candidates need to have an extensive background in the design and development of multi-threaded, server side C# code. Good database skills and an in depth knowledge of messaging i.e. Tibco is required. Client side development skills will come into play further down the project timeline, as such Winforms or WPF would be a bonus but will not be a factor at interview stage. This is a business facing role and as such previous front office investment banking experience is mandatory. An understanding of Risk within the Fixed Income space (Rates or Credit) would be a distinct advantage. Daily rate of up to £600 per day, rolling 6 month contract.
