C#, Multi-threading, WCF, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Silverlight, WPF, XAML, Infragistics, DevExpress, Distributed Systems, Grid Computing, Derivatives. A top investment bank based in the City of London is looking to appoint a C# Guru to their Sales and Trading technology team, working on the development of a number of enhancements on an in-house sales and trading workflow system. The team operate an Agile methodology, working closely with traders. The position is a front to back C# design and development role and applicants are expected to not only have exceptional ability on SQL Server (inc stored procs), server side C#, multi-threading, WCF and a solid grasp of engineering i.e. algorithms, abstraction, compiler, patterns etc. It is also expected that they are equally strong on the client side of development, the team use both Silverlight and WPF. Strong understanding of XAML is required. Any experience working with Infragistics, Component One, DevExpress, Dexperience, Linq, Entity Framework and Agile experience would be beneficial.
