C# Developer

C# Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training
- 7+ years' of experience, 5+ years' of proven experience as a Front to Back Developer
- Profound background in complex UI design and development as well as Javascript/Typescript (React.JS, MobX)
- Solid CSS, HTML (inclusive responsive design), Design Patterns, OOP and C# knowledge
- Know-how in services implementation and testing (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML) as well as Unit Test, automated user interface tests and integration tests such as Selenium, Mocha
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Leading the development of User Interface and Service Layer applications; Back End focus
- Working closely with the business and other IT departments to design appropriate IT solutions in a complex trading environment
- Helping to encourage the team to deliver in a high-paced challenging environment and toward better DevOps practices
- Driving a solid architecture and promoting good coding practices for the applications
- Taking ownership of the code and taking the required steps to ensure the team delivers high quality features in agreed timeframes
