C#/ASP.NET Developer

For one of our global clients we are looking for a C#/ASP.NET developer. You will be working within the .NET Development team. You will be part of a team maintaining existing applications and developing new features for the current RICCS system with a focus on delivery and quality.

Your Profile:
As well as the usual responsibilities of a software developer, you show an interest in the discipline of software development. That is, what makes 'good' software which not only delivers for the business but is of a high quality and is maintainable. Knowledge and practical experience of techniques to achieve this is essential. These include TDD and mocking frameworks, design patterns, SOLID design principles, DRY, YAGNI, continuous integration, etc. Experience with setting up test approaches You will be someone who knows these not just because you have to, but also because you want to. You should be able to work independently on complex problems and you should be a Team Player.

Knowledge of:
Must haves
o C# (4 or above)
o Web development (ASP.MVC)
o Relational database
o TDD with a mocking framework
o SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, etc
o Continuous integration

o Setting up test approaches

Nice to haves:
o WCF
o TFS
o Agile techniques
o MSBuild
