C#/Angular JS Developer

For our banking client based in Basel we are currently looking for a C#/Angular JS developer:

Starting date: 1st April 2015

Duration: 6 months+

Location: Basel

Profile

We are looking for a very strong developer who is a self-starter, quick learner and who is also able to produce high quality C# code joint to a solid knowledge of JavaScript (Angular JS) You would be working on a green field application that will process financial data. The environment Back End is based on Microsoft technologies, whether the front is JAVA based.

Skills and Experience

- Strong knowledge in Javascript frameworks (especially AngularJS)
- Excellent understanding of web development concepts
- Excellent WCF/WebAPI skills (Web services)
- Strong OOP and OOD skills
- Strong C# knowledge
- Very good ORM (Entity Framework especially) skills
- Very good MS SQL Server skills
- Experience with Biztalk integration a nice to have
- Experience with agile engineering practices like continuous integration, unit testing, and deployment automation
- TDD
- Fluency in English
- Solid experience in Domain driven design - DDD

Responsibilities

- Develop software using commonly used concepts and practices
- Test and deploy applications as per what has been specified by the business
- On-going support and maintenance of existing applications, including bug fixing
