C# .Net TDD Agile Developer / Team Leader / Scrum Master

Senior C# .Net Developer / Team Leader with Agile, TDD & SCRUM experience is required for a Warrington based client. They need someone at the top of their game to work in a growing development team on a project for a key client of theirs. As well as being a quality coder, this role will require somebody with the ability to run a team of developers, mentor others developers and take ownership of projects, supporting the development manager in application delivery.

Type - Contract (3 - 6 months +)
Location - Warrington
Rates - £300 - £400 per day
Start Date - 20th August latest

The successful candidate will be an established Senior Developer with at least 3 years experience of contracting. This person will be capable of running a work-stream and taking ownership of the end to end system development and design, by working closely with the Business Analysts. Essentially it will be your job to keep the team focussed and on point.

Ideally you will be accustomed to getting up to speed quickly, and getting to grips with how the business works. Linked to this you will be comfortable taking the initiative and speaking to non technical colleagues within different departments to find answers to pressing questions.

I'm currently trying to fill this very important role for a key client of mine. We are looking for a very experienced and confident C#, .Net Developer who has specific experience as a Team Lead and/or a Scrum master.

You must be confident you'll be able to inherit, gain complete 'buy-in' and then lead a team of highly capable and experienced contract Developers and Testers.

This really is a fantastic role for someone who is technically at the top of their game, but also able to demonstrate a certain level of gravitas and earn the respect of a team of contractors.
