C#.NET Software Developer

Our client is the leading computer components manufacturer looking for a talented and motivated SENIOR C#/.NET SOFTWARE DEVELOPER. This team is part of the IT Engineering organization with a security focus on Active Directory infrastructure. You will assist with providing services which enable secure business solutions by providing core identity and authentication services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Design and development of software components for end user web applications
- Design and development of REST and/or SOAP based web service solutions
- Writing, reviewing, testing, and preparing software for formal release, in some cases this will include architecting the framework for significant new features/functionality
- Application of software engineering best practices across product design, development and delivery
- Interaction with internal teams to ensure requirements are clear, integration points are defined
- Frequent interaction with other developers and mentoring more inexperienced.NET developers

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related degree
- 7+ years professional work experience in web application programming for the Microsoft Windows environment
- ASP.NET web application development across a breadth of technologies including HTML, CSS3, HTML5/JavaScript API, JQuery etc.
- ASP.NET web services development (SOAP and REST)
- .NET development in the following areas: C#, SQL (including Reporting Services) and ASP.NET programming skills
- Active Directory programming (ADSI, LDAP, Directory Services, SCIM)
- Exposure to software engineering best practices, design patterns
- Demonstrated ability to architect, design and lead development of software components through product release
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Strong graphics design or visual design experience desirable
- Knowledge of web authentication and authorization standards and techniques (eg, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, UMA, XACML)
