C# .NET Lead in Zurich

For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a

Lead Developer AM Systems (.Net, C#)

Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Langauages: English

Responsibility
- Full stack Lead Developer
- Conceptual design & implement of new integration projects, end to end across the platform and through all layers
- Mentoring of developers
- Integration with our client and 3rd party applications
- Actively encourage Agile methodologies including Scrum/Kanban including Scrum Master responsibilities
- Road map planning, release planning, sprint planning & backlog grooming
- Collaborate with business, business analysts and subject matter experts to clarify requirements
- Closely liaise with infrastructure and support teams to manage deployments and support issues
- Own the solution architecture document
- Assist with 1st level support for greenfield components
- Assist with 2nd to 3rd level support for brownfield components including Beta Engine, the central Asset Management Index Solution platform

Technical Skills
- 7+ years' experience developing in .net languages, specifically C#
- 5+ years' experience of database development and design, ideally on SQL server and Oracle
- Strong knowledge of different integration approaches like web services, message queues, etc.
- Several years experience as a solution architect
- Experience of implementing multi-tier applications with SOA (Service oriented architecture).
- Hands on experience on ASP.NET MVC and WPF
- Professional experience integrating 3rd party vendor systems
- Experience in Agile engineering practices like continuous integration, unit testing, deployment automation

Other skills
- Very good understanding of Asset Management and the asset class universe
- Good understanding of any of the following is a big asset:

o Index business/passive fund management
o Trade flow
o Cash Management/Daily Invest
o Asset Allocation
o Portfolio hedging
- Good written and verbal communication
- Fluent in English
