C#/.NET Engineer

For our customer in Geneva we are looking for a C#/.NET Engineer

Project Description:

The C#/.NET Engineer will be accountable for stabilizing our Back End application based on SharePoint 2010 and ASP.NET. S/He will work closely with the lead developer

Your responsibility:

- Audit the code quality and design to come back with areas that should be improved
- Re-layered the projects to remove non required dependencies
- Provide a solution to abstract the database access
- Provide a coherent testing framework o VS 2010 Testing Framework
- Provide guidelines for a more generic application
- Provide guidelines to improve the application stability (logging; auditing )
- Documentation deliverables: Unit Testing Guidelines, Application Design and Development Guidelines

Requirements:

- Proven C# and .NET 3.5/4.0 development experience
- Deep experience in application design and Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design Development
- 3 to 6 years' experience with ASP.NET Development
- Use to work in a Team Foundation System environment
- JQuery and JQuery UI development experience
- AJAX, Silverlight, WCF Services, CSS and HTML
- Development experience with SharePoint 2007 and 2010
- Some experience with databases like SQL Server (T-SQL)
