C#/.NET Developers

Resource 1 is in need of 2 .NET Developers with at least 7 years of experience developing applications in C# for a client in Washington, D.C.  Individuals must be local to the D.C. area because of required attendance at team meetings, this is a government project. Individuals should have a solid understanding of .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services & MVC framework. Experience working with Entity Framework, ORM (preferably 6.0) and TDD are big pluses. Individuals may take on leadership tasks for certain development projects. This is full life cycle development of new financial (loan) systems. Individuals should be experienced in all phases of development, including design, coding, implementing and testing. Experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry is a big plus. Individuals will join a team currently developing loan management/financial reporting systems for a large government agency. Individuals should have solid C# coding experience, as well as, retrieving data from a SQL Server database. Experience working on government projects is a plus, but not required. 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

MVC 4.0, C#, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, Web Services, WebAPI, TDD (Test Driven Development) & Entity Framework.
